Care starts at launch with your separate approval. Unused time doesn’t roll over. We aim to reply within two business days. Extra work is quoted first. Cancel before the next renewal; we help you move your site.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Tell us about your business in your own words. We’ll guide you through the pages, style, content, and domain setup. If you’re unsure what you need, choose “Help me figure it out” when you send your request.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, contact information, and any photos or logos you want to use and have permission to share. Your own photos are best for your team, products, and real work. We help shape the words and can discuss licensed stock imagery to fill gaps. We agree on the content and curation scope before your start date; you review the selections, and any paid assets need your separate approval.
What if I need a shop or custom booking?
Online stores, custom booking systems, member accounts, and complex integrations need a separate quote. Linking to an existing booking tool can fit this package. We’ll work out the right approach before you pay.
What counts as a revision round?
One collected list of changes to your draft within the plan we agreed. Two rounds are included. If you want more, we explain the work and quote it first. Our suggested extra-work rate is $85/hour, with a 30-minute minimum. You decide before we begin.
What if my plans change?
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. Before completion and handoff, we refund unused payments after itemizing actual completed work at $85/hour, with no minimum or cancellation penalty. Corrections to our errors are not deducted. Read the simple cancellation & refund terms.
Am I signing up for a subscription?
No. The website build is a one-time payment split into two stages. The optional $99/month care plan only starts with your separate approval at launch. You can choose the included handoff instead.
What if I find the same package for less?
Our like-for-like guarantee matches qualifying written quotes down to $1,000, a maximum $250 saving. Send your quote in your private website space before opening checkout. We compare the full scope, ownership, revisions, timing, and mandatory charges. You keep a better saved offer, and discounts don’t stack. Quotes below $1,000 can receive a personal review but are outside the guarantee. Read the clear comparison rules.
What happens after I send my request?
Your ideas are saved in your private website space. We read your request and talk with you there about the plan, timing, and price. We’ll also email you when we reply. The full conversation stays in your private space. Sending a request doesn’t reserve a start date or create a paid order.
