WE’RE HERE TO LISTEN

Something doesn’t seem right?
Let us know.

You do not need an account to tell us about a concern involving a website or project we support.

Send a link and a short explanation.

Email support@decibelzerollc.com with the subject “Website safety concern.” Include:

  • The website address, specific page, or project reference.
  • A brief description of what concerns you and when you noticed it.
  • A reply address if you would like us to follow up.

Please do not attach suspected illegal images or videos. A link and text description are enough to alert us. Do not download, copy, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report. Keep passwords, card details, and unrelated personal information out of the message. Do not send sensitive evidence to our website helper or ordinary project messages.

This opens your email app. If it does not open, copy support@decibelzerollc.com into your usual mailbox. Nothing is sent until you send the email.

A person will review it.

The business owner reviews reports and decides what action is appropriate for content or services we control. We may ask for clarification, pause work or access, or follow a legal reporting process. We do not publish reports or automatically send them to the person named in a concern. We cannot promise a particular outcome or remove content from an account we do not control.

We limit use of report information to reviewing the concern, safety, and related legal requirements. Email is handled by our mail providers; necessary information may be shared with a service provider or appropriate authority where legally required or permitted. Our privacy notice explains more.

When someone may be in danger.

Our support inbox is not an emergency service and is not monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call 911.

If you suspect online sexual exploitation of a child, you can report directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline. You do not need to wait for our reply. For suspected child abuse in Florida, see Florida DCF’s reporting guidance.

Need help with your own project?

For a design question, payment concern, or cancellation, use My website or the same support email. To ask us to reconsider a safety decision, include your project reference and the details you would like a person to review.
