A GOOD PLACE TO BUILD

Your ideas, brought to life.
With care.

We help real businesses and thoughtful projects find their place online. These simple guidelines help keep the experience safe and fair for everyone.

Be clear about your business.

Tell us what you offer and how the website will be used. Share accurate information and content you own or have permission to use. Let us know if your plans change, so we can review the new scope together.

Some things we cannot help build.

  • Illegal goods or services, fraud, stolen information, or deceptive impersonation.
  • Phishing, malware, or other uses designed to harm people or their systems.
  • Trafficking, exploitation, or sexual abuse of children. Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited, including generated or fictional depictions.

Appropriate family or children’s photos are not prohibited by this rule. You still need the necessary permissions and must protect the people pictured.

Tell us about anything that needs extra care.

Regulated products, adult content or services, gambling, financial services, public uploads, forums, and services aimed at children are outside our standard package. Some lawful activities also need licenses or approval from hosting and payment providers. We must separately confirm a supported scope before accepting that work; asking about it does not guarantee approval.

A person reviews the important decisions.

We review the business and proposed scope before accepting a project, and the website content before publication. A safety concern may pause work, checkout, or publication while it is reviewed. We may restrict content we control when urgent action or a legal requirement calls for it.

Where lawful and safe, we explain the concern and give you a chance to clarify it or ask for another human review. Safety review does not certify legal compliance. Your business remains responsible for its licenses, permissions, and lawful operation.

A safety pause does not create an automatic penalty or loss of your payment. The cancellation, refund, and ownership rules in your accepted agreement still apply, along with your legal rights.

Have a concern or a question?

Report a concern about a website or project, or ask support@decibelzerollc.com to review a decision. Send a website address and a short explanation; never attach suspected illegal images or videos or put them in our website helper.
