  2. Check what’s possible

    We review the platform, source files, available access, and relevant licences. Some platforms restrict changes or integrations; we’ll explain those limits before quoting.

  3. Choose your next step

    If we can help, you get a separate proposal with the work, price, timing, and responsibilities clearly agreed. We won’t start work or charge you just because you sent a request.

Every improvement project gets its own quote. It is separate from our fixed-price new-website package. Feature subscriptions, hosting, licences, or provider fees may be needed and will be explained before you commit. Discounts, price matching, included revisions, and care for a new build do not automatically apply. If working on the existing site is not practical, we’ll discuss alternatives with you.
