The website cost guide

Know what you’re paying for.
And what comes next.

A website quote is easier to compare when it answers two questions: what does it take to build, and what will it cost to keep it running?

Start with the work you need

A business website that explains your services and helps people contact you has a different scope from an online store or a custom booking system. Write down the pages and what visitors should be able to do before comparing prices.

Our standard package is a $1,250 one-time build for up to five agreed pages. It includes a responsive design, a contact form, basic search titles and descriptions, help organizing your words, connection of one domain you own, and two revision rounds. We check the scope together before you pay.

Total standard build
$1,250 USD

A shop, member accounts, custom booking, or more involved integrations need a separate quote. Linking to a booking service you already use may fit the standard package. The payment stages above describe the standard price; an approved offer or price match changes your saved total and split.

Ask about the costs after launch

A domain is your website’s address. Hosting is where the website runs. They are separate, and a low introductory price may change at renewal. Ask for the actual renewal price and any required minimum commitment before buying.

Domain purchase and renewal
Separate; paid in your name
Included handoff
Website files and a setup guide; you arrange hosting and updates
Optional ongoing care
$99/month, with separate approval at launch

Our care option includes hosting, HTTPS, backup copies before changes, and up to 30 minutes of small content updates each month. Unused time does not roll over. Extra work is quoted first. You can cancel before the next renewal; we help you move your site.

A concrete first-year example

A standard build plus twelve months of optional care is $2,438: $1,250 + (12 × $99). Domain charges, paid extras, and any applicable tax are separate. Choosing handoff instead leaves the build at $1,250, plus the hosting and maintenance you arrange. Care is optional, and this example is not a twelve-month commitment.

Compare what you will receive

  1. Pages and features. List the actual pages, forms, integrations, and who supplies or edits the content.
  2. Changes and corrections. Ask how a revision round works. Our two rounds each cover one collected list of changes within the agreed scope. Corrections to our mistakes do not use a round.
  3. Ownership and access. Confirm who owns the domain, what files you receive, and what happens if you change providers. Our website files and setup guide are yours after full payment, whether you choose care or handoff. Handoff may require a developer for future edits.
  4. Timing and responsibilities. Agree on a start date and what content must be ready. Our first-draft target is 7–10 business days from your agreed start date once the deposit and content arrive.
  5. Cancellation and the full cost. Include mandatory charges and minimum subscriptions. Read how refunds are calculated, not only the headline price.

Found a written quote for the same package? Our like-for-like price-match guarantee matches qualifying quotes down to $1,000, a maximum $250 reduction. Request it before opening checkout. Offers don’t stack; the comparison rules explain what qualifies.

Choose the approach that fits you

A do-it-yourself builder can suit someone who wants to handle design, content, and updates themselves. A done-for-you service can suit someone who would rather work through a clear plan and have help getting it built. Compare the time you want to spend as well as the money.

With us, sending your ideas is free. We agree on the scope, total cost, and start date before inviting you to pay. See the cancellation and refund terms and the planning checklist before deciding.
